Desert Apple Jelly: Tart apples grown in the Arizona deserts produces a very refreshing and flavorful jelly. Great as a warmed glaze over ham or yams.
Mesquite Bean Jelly: Mesquite trees grow abundantly in our deserts and become heavily laden with bean pods. These pods yield a flavorful taste of apples and allspice.
Prickly Pear Cactus Jelly: Grown on sun-drenched deserts and watered naturally by our generous monsoon rains, the succulent Prickly Pear Cactus fruit produces a rich, fruity flavor with distinct clarity, and a delicate aroma.

Arizona Red Lime Marmalade: Arizona Red Limes are a fruit that looks like a reddish-orange tangerine, but very definitely has the deliciously tart flavor of a lime.
Cactus Marmalade: A delightful marriage of the bright magenta colored yet delicately sweet Prickly Pear Cactus fruit with the distinctly tart flavor of lemons.
Lemon Marmalade: A refreshingly tart combination of hand-picked, juicy lemons and Arizona Red Limes to enhance many meat dish or as a glaze over grilled chicken or baked ham.
My Margarita Marmalade: The remarkable tart flavor of the Mexican limes, lemons, and red limes complimented with tequila and triple sec to give you a truly unique marmalade.
